I know I’ve asked you to email me with your recommendations. There’s been many of you who recommended this particular product several times. I recently decided to take another look now that Firefox 3 has been released. This is a free plugin that goes above and beyond anything I really imagined.

Ponzi decided to record my first attempt at exercising with our new Wii Fit. The crowd roaring at my attempts was an added bonus. Someone isn’t thinking properly, though. Who says I’m “unbalanced”?! That’s not true! I’m perfectly balanced… or am I?

You’ve likely seen hundreds, if not thousands, of “top 10″ lists of Mac OS X freeware floating around. Everybody seems recommend the same titles, which doesn’t make it easier for you to discover equally free, unique software. Popular titles are usually popular for a reason: they’re good. But obscure binaries can be just as nice to use.

I asked my friends what they thought of the new Pixar movie, Wall-E – and many of you thought very highly of it (myself included). Ponzi and I saw it opening night with a couple of our neighbors, and I think she was the only one who wasn’t quite impressed with the flim.

I should have been an English teacher, according to my degree. I never did become one, but I’m still addicted to words. I love to write. I also enjoy good design, and like playing around with word art. When I found this website, I couldn’t stop playing with words!

It’s been said that if you fail to plan, then you should plan to fail. That’s very true. I have failed in the past when it comes to planning and implementing design ideas in our home. I didn’t have good software to help me in my endeavor, and ended up having to drastically change my plans. All the software I had ever tried was either really expensive, or gave me a horrible experience.

Adobe AIR is Adobe’s entry into the field of widgets. It’s a better idea than just something on your desktop. Developers are able to create a potentially rich experience, and have it run cross-platform. Even though I think the whole Adobe AIR platform is quite ready yet, some of the apps that are available are truly getting there. I found a few of them that I think are pretty good, and I now have on my own computer.

You know me, I’m a casual gamer. When I unwrapped the Spore Creature Creator the other day, I was stoked. Even if you don’t plan to buy the Spore game when it is released, the Creature Creator stands on its own. At only $10.00, what have you got to lose? You can easily upload your Creature to YouTube like I did as soon as you finish creating it if you choose to.

Have you ever downloaded an FLV file? Once you have these files, you need something to view them with. Let’s say you want to extract the audio from the video file? It’s not always easy to do. But, there’s an Adobe Air application that will do this for you. RichFLV allows you to open any FLV file and export any information you want. You can convert it into an SWF file to play in a web browser. You can extract the audio. You can even save an image from the file.
