Chris uses the Tony Little Gazelle, and he just got the Gazelle Power Plus – a very low impact glider. Combining the glider with the Xbox 360 for 40 to 60 minutes per day allows Chris to lose and maintain his weight.

    I have a “Walking Desk” that I spend many hours a day on as I work (study) and play on my computer. I am walking on it right now. It’s akin to your Gazelle Glider and XBOX 3D idea. Would love to see pictures of that and other people’s move and do ideas and I would love to have you check out my ‘for fun’ motivational poster of my very own walking desk on my flickr page.
