Easy Software Development

Years ago, Brandon created the Leopard programming language – not to be confused with Leopard, the operating system that Apple will never release to manufacturing.

I didn’t realize just how deceptively simple it was to use until he sent me the link to a desktop widget mashup program he compiled with the following lines of Leopard code:

Making Windows Programs in Leopard

You can download the latest version of Leopard now. Seasoned software developers may laugh at the simplicity of the logic, but regular power users oughta love it just as much as they’ll love PopFly.

  1. Roll your own applications the easy way! 🙂

Brandon is going to be making some further tweaks (image related), among other suggestions to bring the size down and get this puppy ready for primetime.

  2. “the operating system that Apple will never release to manufacturing.”

Yeah… because Vista made it out in such a timely manner…
