With detailed analysis of search at Search Engine Watch, podcasts and news briefs on the Search Engine Watch Blog and a comprehensive set of tracks at every Search Engine Strategies conference, it’s hard to believe Danny makes time to think about anything else. Of course personal blog, Daggle, reveals he’s got plenty going on outside the search sphere too. At SES New York 2006, Chris and Danny chat about tagging and it’s importance to search, the conference, and what it’s like to try and give up a favored online search service like Google for a few days.

Oh boy. I can’t believe I’m admitting this.

Since moving to Seattle, I’ve gained a whopping 30 pounds. It’s not time to go on a diet – it’s time to remember the lifestyle that put me at 142 well over a year ago. I’ve dropped weight (significantly) twice in my life: the first time (to 123), by low carbing it; the second time (to 142), by watching calorie intake and working out. Third time’s the charm?
