Eric was part of the team that built and sold the code that became Microsoft’s Internet Explorer product. Later he went on to found SourceGear, a company dedicated to building tools for software developers. Chris talked with Eric about the book, about developing a browser at Spyglass, and the state of the software industry during this interview.
