MSN Virtual Earth: Oops.
According to ActiveWin this morning, MSN has silently launched their MSN Virtual Earth product. Naturally, I rushed over there to give it a spin. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Maxthon. Seems like an oversight… as both Google Maps and Yahoo! Maps work fine in the same browser with the same settings. I've already submitted a bug… and I'm hoping that it'll be fixed soon, by either one of the two product teams. Sorry, Scoble…
UPDATE: Apparently a malconfigured setting on my end was causing the problem. Total PEBKAC! Things seem to be working fine now. Between MSN Virtual Earth and Google Maps, I'll never need Streets & Trips again.
