Gnomedex Gnightmares Begin

Turns out, the venue we've identified for a Gnomedex weekend in Seattle is booked solid from May through September. At least, for the largest room. We might be able to do two smaller rooms, selling two types of tickets – one for the “live” room, and another for a simulcast room?

Thinking aloud here. I don't know what to do.

As a reminder, we're all getting together for a geek dinner after the live broadcast. Matt and I are probably going to be talking about the classic days of BBSes – like ISCA!

I was asked to do this particular session in someone else's stead a few days before the summit launched, and was more than happy to do so. It was a great event with great attendees and great conference coordinators, so I'm taking any possible presentation criticism lightly. That said…
