The reason Nabisco can claim 0g trans fat but still have partially hydrogenated fat is that there's less than 1/2g per serving. The FDA rules say you can round down to 0g. They can't say “Trans Fat Free,” but they can say 0g trans fat. FDA rules, not Kraft lies.

If you don't like them, don't buy them, simple as that. But do not tell me what I should or should not eat. These packets might be the perfect way for a person who eats a full bag of something to lower the portions they take in and that is always a good thing.
